The NFL Draft goes on:

Even though the NFL has locked out its players, the players are suing the owners, and the owners are trying to get the National Labor Board to pimp slap the players.... the 2011 NFL draft will still take place.
On Thursday April 28th the NFL teams will draft the top players from college into thier ranks. No contracts can be signed and the useual trading of players for draft picks can not happen so there will be fewer suprises this year.
